It is probably 18th Century, and possibly early 19th Century. It is about 10 1/2" tall. Excellent condition, no chips, no cracks, no repairs. I have attached lots of pictures so you can see for yourself. With respect to Ebay's mail rate estimator, I've entered the framed size, it would be much less to ship in a tube (out of the frame).
