I thought perhaps it may be an old Pill Dispenser but then why would it have an eyepiece with glass lens ? It looks to be made of Walnut wood with brass attachments .. the small brass attachment fits to the end of the stem and moves up and down on a numbered grid and has a printed label inside where the pills go stating ' One Pill to be taken three times a day ' The eyepiece and brass holder is fixed to the stem. It measures 11 1/4 ins long. Basically a very nice medicine curio of interest. Place a Bid!
