Description
themsmaj Store CIVIL WAR DIEFFENBACK'S ARTERY FORCEPS A very small 1.5" long straight Civil War era Dieffenback's cross legged artery forceps. These were a new design in 1845, and were made to be non-crushing, self-closing, self- holding, and easily applied with only one hand. It was invented by the German physician Dr. Dieffenback. This sale is the continuation of what I am calling my liquidation sale. over the next couple of weeks I will be listing the lions share of my personal collection. I have decided to scale back and at least for a while stop selling on eBay. Until eBay makes some changes to protect the seller from callous, and malicious lies from some buyers, I am choosing to just take a long break. So keep an eye on my listings for some amazing books, instrument catalogs, and instruments that will make fantastic Christmas gifts.
