LARGE COIN SILVER SERVING SPOON G.W. Bull - Farmington, CT ca. 1840 Description: A large serving spoon with down-turned fiddle handle, flared shoulder and oval pointed bowl. ~ NO MONOGRAM ~ Measures 9" • Weighs 1.9 oz. Marked G.W. BULL. inside a rectangle Condition: In good vintage shape with some tip wear, no tears or twists, no cracks, dents or dings - overall surface wear. George Washington Bull was born in Meriden, CT in 1809 and worked in Farmington, CT ca. 1840 although some resources place him in East Hartford.
