The famous “Doucai” glaze – blue and white under-glaze and color over-glaze- red and blue flowers and leaves were painted with classical simplicity. The whole cup, inside and outside, is covered with beautiful and subtle transparent layer of light green glaze - sometimes referred to as "duck egg bluish green". On the bottom of the cups are the marks of “ Ming Cheng Hua”. “Cheng Hua” of the Ming Dynasty was the period of 1465 – 1487 A.D. "Doucai" of the "Ming Cheng Hua" period is the most famous and valued Doucai of various periods.  Height: 1.69 inches; diameter of mouth: 3.5 inches. Price does not include wooden stand.
