Overall, the book is in good to very good condition. Not bad for being stored in a "Chest" for 30 plus years. It does have some minor wear from where it was read or used as a reference. This book came from the Estate Auction of Dr. Robert Sory of Madisonville, Ky. It has been in our family since the mid 1970's. Dr. Sory was an Eye, Ear, Nose and Throat Doctor.
